Electric decorticator is the important equipment in the cattle slaughter line, by decorticating the cattle which is already pre-cut. It bears characteristics like simple structure, easy operation, operational reliability, and easy maintenance, etc. It is extremely suitable for the slaughter factories whose productivity is under 200 head per day.
There are mechanical decorticator and aerodynamic decorticator. Two workers are needed in operating this kind of equipment, who will fasten the cattle which is in the decorticating position to the rack with shackles, and peel the hide from top to bottom. In operation, the whole process can be controlled by stopping the lift platform at different positions.
