A:We accept T/T payment. For large orders, installment payment can be negotiated (such as 30% deposit +70% to be paid before shipment). The specific terms are subject to the contract.

A:Yes, we use wooden crates/iron frames/moisture-proof film for packaging and carry out anti-rust treatment to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation. Special requirements can be stated in advance.

A:We offer a 12/24-month warranty period. Commonly used accessories are in stock all year round. For urgent needs, they can be delivered by air.

A: Yes, we offer English manuals, video tutorials, and can arrange for engineers to provide remote or on-site guidance (costs to be negotiated separately).
Q12:How to deal with quality problems that occur?
