The Dressing Conveyor is a core conveying system used in livestock slaughter lines during the carcass dressing stage. It is designed for continuous carcass processing on the chain, supporting operations such as skinning, trimming, washing, and intermediate handling between slaughter processes. The conveyor adopts a hot-dip galvanized structure, ensuring stable performance and corrosion resistance in humid slaughterhouse environments. With a total chain length of 37.44 meters and 16 workstations, the system supports efficient workflow organization and consistent processing rhythm along the dressing line.

 

Structural and Mechanical Features

• Double hinged chain structure: Effectively reduces friction and wear during long-term operation, improving durability and operational stability.

• Nylon rollers with ball bearing connection: Ensure smooth horizontal running, low resistance, and stable carcass movement along the line.

• Lightweight sprocket design: Manufactured from high-strength engineering plastic with flexible teeth, providing low-noise operation, lubrication-free performance, and easy replacement.

• Tubular rail system: Φ60 × 4.5 mm tube rail, suspended below double U sections by hangers, offering reliable load-bearing capacity for carcass transport.

• HALFEN channel installation: Double U sections are connected by HALFEN channels; automatic lines are fixed to steel beams through HALFEN channels, allowing flexible positioning and alignment during installation.

• Automatic chain lubrication device: Maintains chain condition, reduces manual maintenance, and supports stable long-term operation.
