Process Description:
Delivery materials from storehouse to cleaning sieve by feed scraper and bucket elevator to clean out light impurities and then into gravity stoner to clean out heavy impurities, by magnetic separator to remove magnetic impurities again then into round sheller to smash. Clean out skin and shell by winnowing sieve, materials kernels to flake. After cooking and pressing embryo becomes cake, then cake to storage or leach, and crude oil after filter to refine.
Bucket elevator, feed scraper, cleaning sieve and gravity stoner are equipped with suction device, so that after dusting the clean air discharged into the atmosphere.
