DTDC steamer is suitable for desolvation and drying of meal in leaching oil plant. The machine adopts the combination of indirect steam pre-desolvent and direct steam desolvent for desolventization, then indirect steam drying through the drying layer, and finally cooling through the drum room to reduce the meal temperature. After the material enters the pre-delamination plate of the steamer through the sealed auger, it is indirectly heated through the pre-delamination, and part of the solvent and moisture are evaporated. Then the material falls into the surface of the flower plate through the pre-delamination port, and the flower plate is further indirectly heated. The solvent and moisture are evaporated again, and most of the solvent contained in the meal is vaporized; then the material enters the direct steam layer through the flower plate material port, and the material is washed at high temperature by direct steam, so that the solvent in the meal is vaporized again and brought out, and the desolvation effect of the material is more thorough.The desolvated material enters the drying layer through the air closer, and under the combined action of indirect vapor in the bottom sandwich, the moisture in the material is further vaporized and brought out to achieve the purpose of drying.
