A:Yes, our products have passed certifications such as SGS, ISO, UL, and CE, and meet the safety and performance requirements of the market.

A:We support term prices such as EXW/FOB/CIF. Freight charges and tariffs need to be calculated separately according to the mode of transportation and destination. We can assist in arranging logistics and estimating the cost.

A:We accept T/T payment. For large orders, installment payment can be negotiated (such as 30% deposit +70% to be paid before shipment). The specific terms are subject to the contract.

A:We offer a 12/24-month warranty period. Commonly used accessories are in stock all year round. For urgent needs, they can be delivered by air.

A: Yes, we offer English manuals, video tutorials, and can arrange for engineers to provide remote or on-site guidance (costs to be negotiated separately).
